**Typical Accountabilities** 1\. Performance & Analytics * Develop and maintain SFE dashboards (e.g., sales performance, call activity, A/B coverage) * Analyze field force effectiveness, productivity, and execution quality * Provide regular and ad-hoc insights to support business decision-making 2\. Target Setting & Territory Management * Support target setting, segmentation, and territory alignment * Ensure data accuracy and alignment with BU strategies and business objectives 3\. Incentive & Performance Tracking * Support incentive scheme calculation, simulation, and validation * Monitor performance metrics to ensure fairness and alignment with incentive design 4\. CRM & Data Operations * Support Veeva CRM and Open Data operations, data quality control, and process optimization * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data governance and reporting efficiency 5\.
