You will have access to: • Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of. • A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **The Opportunity** This position works out of our **Tashkent** location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Performs distribution of secondary sales plans. * Performs bonus calculation for field employees. * Evaluate Sales Efficiency of Field Force as part of the Company's global strategy. * Participates in the development and supports the methodology in evaluating the effectiveness of Field Force. * Participates in the development and evaluates the territorial structure of the company's Field Force (Territory Alignment) * Analyzes data from various sources (CRM, CLM, Internal Sales, Market research, etc) and provides appropriate visualizations. * Supports of creation and maintains analytical dashboards on demand. **Requirements:** * Higher education. * Experience: 2+ years of experience in analytics (Sales Force Analytics will be a plus). * Understanding the sales process (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry) and the factors that are causally related to the Sales Force effectiveness. * Advanced Excel user - ability to work with a large amount of heterogeneous data, write macros. Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write, understand and manage queries/codes, export and process large amounts of data. Experience with CRM, Power BI - desirable
