What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Finance or Engineering, 1–2 years in Sales Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance roles focused on trade spend, pricing, or revenue management, Familiarity with closing, forecasting, and customer reconciliation processes, Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling, macros), Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or similar, Experience using Salesforce for customer and promotion tracking, Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems, Solid understanding of accounting principles, provisions, P&L, and SOX internal control policies
Nice to Have
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or multinational companies with complex commercial structures
What You'll Do.

The Sales Finance Analyst LATAM (Brazil Region) will provide financial and analytical support to the Sales Finance team. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and validating commercial activities — including pricing, discounts, trade spend, promotions, rebates, and customer contracts — ensuring alignment with Mattel's financial targets, compliance standards, and internal control policies (SOX). The position will be based in Mexico (hybrid mode), reporting to the LATAM Sales Finance leadership, and will play a key role in supporting business decisions with analytical insights and accurate financial controls.
