## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** To drive sales performance and market share growth of assigned biosimilar products in a highly competitive hospital environment. This role leads hospital listing, price negotiation, tender management, and account protection initiatives in key hospitals, collaborating closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to execute short- and long-term commercial strategies, ensuring sustainable business growth. It also involves identifying business opportunities and implementing targeted commercial programs, building strong relationships with key purchasing decision makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts. **Duties:** * Demonstrate independent execution and proactive problem-solving in field activities, and share good practice with the sales team. * Initiate strategy for customer assigned and new product launch, build relationship with key users and implement pricing and accounts CME activity * Elevate feedback from customer; analyses and report SFE result; provide suggestion and action and track follow up. * Engage the opinions of key stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, high prescribing physicians, regional wholesalers), as identified by the Brand Team strategy and by the activities planned in the district in field team * Manage and develop customer relationship to create both customer’s & company’s maximum benefit * Analysis and reporting customers performance; design and development of effective solution * Deliver expected performance and achieve sales in responsible district * Ensure that engagement plans across districts are aligned with brand strategy and that overall execution across district is in line with expectations * Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and Affiliate Safety Representative respectively. **Responsibilities:** **Territory Sales Achievement:** * Achieve territory sales targets and drive market share growth in a competitive biosimilar market. * Sec
