Proven track record in a similar position with minimum 5 years of experience, Higher education: medicine / biomedicine / medical technology / engineering / electromechanics / economics, Demonstrated ability to develop new businesses within multi-layered, complex environments, desire to win business and establish long term customer relationships, understanding of key stakeholders, customer and environment dynamics, Excellent communication skills and customer centric consultative approach, Fluent Polish (both written and spoken), English at least intermediate, Negotiation skills, Self-discipline and self-motivation, Organization and effective management of simultaneous multiple tasks, willingness to travel within Poland on a frequent basis (up to 70%)
