Convert prospective owners into purchasers

Develop relationships with prospective owners

Solicit and follow up on referrals and leads

Cater sales experience to individual needs

Follow through with sales contract process

Complete required paperwork accurately

Maintain customer relationship after sale

Ensure owner satisfaction

Develop future business opportunities

Answer owner questions

Follow up on referrals/leads

Fulfill requests from owners/prospects

Contact owners to monitor satisfaction

Make owners aware of promotions

Develop business opportunities

Maintain records on customer contacts

Support effective follow-up opportunities

Monitor contract processing

Minimize rescission decisions

Provide owner assurance

Ensure timeliness of closings

Adhere to Consultative Sales Process

Establish trust with prospective owner
