What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–8 years of B2B sales experience, Experience in pipeline generation and customer engagement, Exposure to managing or supporting full sales cycles, Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders, communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently, Good understanding of Indonesia business environment
Nice to Have
Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions preferred
What You'll Do.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Indonesia
Build and manage sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
Support end-to-end sales cycles together with the regional team
and Payroll stakeholders to understand business needs
Present and position solutions aligned to customer requirements
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
