What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment (SaaS or Hardware), Expert-level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, Native Japanese is mandatory
Nice to Have
Experience in Geospatial, GIS, or Construction technology, Prior experience selling GNSS/RTK hardware, Familiarity with PIX4D software or photogrammetry workflows, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, English is a plus

Full Job Description
PIX4D is seeking a proactive high-performing, results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our hardware and software growth across the APAC region. Based in Tokyo, you will be the primary driver for GNSS hardware sales and integrated software solutions. PIX4D is the world leader in photogrammetry and reality capture, and we need a sales professional who can manage a complex pipeline, hunt for new opportunities, and convert technical interest into revenue. While technical knowledge of surveying is a plus, your primary expertise must be in sales execution and deal management. **Responsibilities** * Drive Revenue: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. * Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous and organized sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities, deal stages, and forecasts are accurate and up-to-date. * Hardware Focus: Proactively sell Emlid RTK hardware and PIX4DDcatch solutions. * Channel Collaboration: Partner with our Channel Sales Manager to support resellers and ensure they are hitting their targets. * Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (online and in-person) that focus on ROI and business value for the customer. * Strategic Prospecting: Identify new market opportunities and execute outbound strategies to grow the PIX4D footprint in Japan and APAC. * Travel: Attend trade shows and visit key accounts to solidify relationships and close high-value contracts. **Requirements** * Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment (SaaS or Hardware). * CRM Mastery: Expert-level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools; you believe that if a deal isn't in the CRM, it doesn't exist. * Closing Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas. * Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
