On the personal sales side: building a strong local network across the area, identifying growth opportunities, and consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets—with every customer interaction reflecting the trust M-KOPA has earned as a brand. On the team leadership side: recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing a field team of Direct Sales Representatives, monitoring their performance, and building their capability to exceed targets over time. The team's results are a direct measure of the quality of leadership they receive. The role also covers local marketing campaign monitoring, DSR inventory management, audit compliance, and the reporting that shapes how M-KOPA's sales strategy develops in the market.
