Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, finance, or international relations discipline, 2–4 years’ experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales role, Proven track record of meeting quotas, Successfully selling to C-Level executives, Demonstrated proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, Multi-channel sequence building, Advanced cold calling, High-conversion social selling techniques

Nice to Have

Experience in global operations, International HR/payroll experience, B2B SaaS product with a financial focus, Structured training in established outbound sales methodologies (e. g. , SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Sandler), International work/travel experience, Background working in a fast-paced startup environment
