What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing experience, communication skills, negotiation skills, relationship-building skills, A highly energetic and resilient profile with a “hunter” mentality, Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting prospects and building local market knowledge, Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage pipelines and priorities effectively, Fluent in French, Fluent in Arabic, Fluent in English

Nice to Have

experience within food delivery, hospitality, or the restaurant industry is a plus, Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus, knowledge of the Fes market and neighborhoods is highly preferred

What You'll Do.

Drive partner acquisition across Fes by consistently converting high-potential leads into active and healthy partners

Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation

Build relationships with restaurant owners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey

Ensure newly signed partners become active on the platform and generate sustainable order growth

Maintain a highly organized pipeline in Salesforce

ensuring accurate tracking of activities

Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling

and follow-ups with restaurant partners

Be proactive and resourceful in identifying new opportunities through social media

and on-ground prospecting when needed
