Must Have
Demonstrated track record of sales success in B2B capital equipment, mechanical and technical aptitude, Proficient in use of CRM systems, A professional demeanour that encompasses Barry Wehmiller’s core values and guiding principles, Experience in packaging machinery, capital equipment, or industrial solutions sales, Highly detail‑oriented, technically adept, and computer‑proficient (MS Office, presentations, proposals, LinkedIn, AI and reporting), Ability to manage long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and solution‑based selling in regulated industries (food/dairy/meat), Proven ability to operate effectively in multicultural and multinational business environments, collaborating across regions and cultures, English, Arabic, French
Nice to Have
Engineering background or technical education is a advantage, Form‑Fill‑Seal, filling, labeling, or related technologies strongly preferred, Effective presentation and negotiation skills, Excellent listening and communication abilities, self‑management skills, with a disciplined, proactive approach, drive for results, Action‑oriented and execution‑focused mindset, Customer‑centric approach, priority‑setting and time‑management skills
