What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within hospitality, events, or a related industry., communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively., Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records., Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications., Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend events as needed., Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team., A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do.
Manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish
conducting in-depth client meetings to understand their specific needs
developing tailored proposals that effectively address those needs
skillfully negotiating contract terms
successfully closing deals to secure long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth
Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels
actively networking within relevant industry circles
strategically leveraging existing contacts and relationships to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities
Maintain and consistently update the sales pipeline and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate
and timely information
Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless delivery of client services
