Must Have
University Degree in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biomedical engineering or related field, command of English language (written & verbal), Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the diagnostics/POC field, Familiarity of the healthcare industry and private healthcare providers for the given territory, Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, Ability to multitask and set priorities effectively
Nice to Have
Additional languages are advantageous, Relation with the key customers in the field is a plus, Experience with CRM systems preferred
What You'll Do.
Achieving the assigned sales quota
Manage and drive the development of their territory through the promotion of new and existing products
with all relevant marketing activities such as product presentations and competitor blunting information
Carry out sales calls
targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency
Implementation of the Go to Market strategy aligned with the regional and global approach appropriately to the country’s specific objectives
maintain and expand partnerships with target accounts via consultative selling approach to KOLs
Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements
Cooperate closely with distributor sales teams to develop and execute effective local sales strategies by customer segment
Support distribution partners in the sale of products
technical expertise and marketing support
business reports and action plans as required on a timely basis
re-evaluating on a regular basis performance against forecast and budget
Accurate and reliable demand planning and forecasting based on customer/distributor commitments
Collect and maintain up-to-date market intelligence (competition
tenders) and customer-related feedback
Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image
ensuring activities stay in line with legal and ethical standards
