5+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, builder services, or specialty contracting, Experience working with residential builders, developers, or production homebuilding accounts, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications, Comfortable owning both sales development and estimating responsibilities independently, Residential construction experience
Nice to Have
Estimating insulation, fireplaces, building products, or related specialty trade scopes, Existing Kansas City builder relationships
