What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience working as either a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in similar roles., Experience in Cloud-VOIP Systems (UCaaS & CCaaS)., Understanding of how systems integrate through APIs., written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
What You'll Do.
Running demos and proofs of concept
including gathering success criteria
Working closely with Account Executives to identify key customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions that meet those requirements.
Relating in-depth knowledge of Dialpad’s products and services in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers.
Building technical relationships with prospects.
Delivering compelling product demonstrations.
Running high-touch proof-of-concept sessions.
Helping businesses solve complex communication problems.
Providing pre-sales technical support for all Dialpad products and services.
Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proofs of concept.
Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments.
Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
Partner with the Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Account Executives.; Align closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, as well as all levels of management on customer accounts.; Partner with the Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
