Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Experience in selling product to contractor, consultant, or company’s owner, Experience in handling project, Self-motivated, work based on target, Able to forecast pricing, Able to forecast quotation, Able to forecast budgeting, Good negotiation skills, Good communication skills, Good analytical skills, Good aggressive skills, Good relationship management skills, Must be a proactive team player, having problem solving spirits, Proficiency in English (written & oral), Computer literate (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Building HVAC, Knowledge of Fire Protection, Knowledge of Controls, Experience in Building industry, CAD is an advantage

Manage sales of HVAC business
Acquire new customers
Build relationship with customers
Understand customer needs
Offer solutions based on requirements

Generate and submit accurate quotation
Forecast sales & collection
Liaise with customers on secured projects
Implement scope of supply
Generate billing/invoice
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Make formal presentations
Maintain existing customer base
Develop new customer base
Obtain understanding of York products
Produce and supply quotations
Maintain field intelligence
Feed back competitor information
Liaise with sales/service administrator
Liaise with finance department
Ensure timely collection of payments
Update customers on York product information
Ensure establishment of credit facilities
Ensure accurate and timely response
Maintain close relationship with dealers
Maintain close relationship with consultants
