You will also ensure timely payment collections and deliver competitive quotations to improve sales effectiveness. **How you will do it:** Achieve Key Result Areas (KRA) as established. * Generate and submit accurate quotations, along with regular sales forecasts and collection reports, adhering to company policy. * Collaborate with customers on secured projects to implement the supply scope as per the purchase order and manage invoicing accordingly. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, visits, and formal presentations as necessary. * Maintain and expand the customer base to ensure continuous business growth. * Acquire a thorough understanding of Johnson Controls HVAC products to create suitable quotations based on customer requirements. * Gather field intelligence, providing feedback
