Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, fostering relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will also ensure timely payment collections and deliver competitive quotations to improve sales effectiveness. **How you will do it:** * Achieve Key Result Areas (KRA) as established. * Generate and submit accurate quotations, along with regular sales forecasts and collection reports, adhering to company policy. * Collaborate with customers on secured projects to implement the supply scope as per the purchase order and manage invoicing accordingly. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, visits, and formal presentations as necessary. * Maintain and expand the customer base to ensure continuous business growth. * Acquire a thorough understanding of Johnson Controls HVAC products to create suitable quotations based on customer requirements. * Gather field intelligence, providing feedba
