What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Background as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or finance related roles (ideally in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment), Experience working at or closely with tech startups (fintech, ERP, accounting software, or adjacent), understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, consolidations, controls), Comfortable translating between finance, product, and technical teams, Excellent communicator who can build credibility with senior finance stakeholders quickly, Highly autonomous, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, Excited to help define a new function and influence product direction, Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

What You'll Do.

Own finance-facing sales support

Partner with Sales and Account Executives on enterprise and strategic deals as the accounting/finance expert

Lead tailored product demos for CFOs

Be the credibility layer for finance buyers

Engage directly with prospect CFOs
