Bachelor degree or above, Major in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecom or relevant technical background, sales knowledge and skill, Demonstrated successful sales performance with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the test and measurement industry, written and verbal skills in English and Taiwanese, conversant with MS office, Sales Force or an alternative CRM, Self-motivated, eager leaner, highly committed and energetic team player and worker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Familiar with signaling and protocol of technology standards and applications as they relate to Teledyne LeCroy solutions, Ability to position and demonstrate product capabilities through an in-depth understanding of customer’s applications, challenges and Teledyne LeCroy solutions, High motivation to drive business growth with eagerness to explore new applications and accounts, capability for key account management in the Hsinchu territory especially for IP design companies
What You'll Do.
Achieve sales targets in the Hsinchu
In charge of the entire selling process including new customer acquisition and major account management
Drive sales growth in the territory by identifying and closing new opportunities
Practice fundamentals such as developing customer relationships
quoting and closing opportunities through successful negotiation techniques
Achieve excellent customer satisfaction after solutions are delivered
Report to District Sales Manager
work closely with other sales engineers
application engineers and channel partners in the region
Work with marketing in the recommendation and support of seminars
and other programs to create market awareness for Teledyne LeCroy
