We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** he Field Sales Engineer responsible for the sales of Oscilloscopes in his/her territory. Her/His duties are the contact to existing and new customers, evaluating their technical and commercial needs, demonstrating our products, negotiations of deals and providing the set annual sales plan numbers. _Experience:_ * Electrical or Electronics Engineer, Physicist or similar. * Minimum 5 years of sales experience (territory and/or account management). * Experience in business development. * Fluent in German and English language _Work:_ * Outside sales, visiting customers => 60-70%. * Follow up on existing opportunities, negotiations, closing deals => 20-30% * Reporting, attending to regular calls/meetings => 5% * Training on existing and new products => 5% _Skills:_ Sales experience with technically demanding and high-end products. Technical background understanding and responding to customer applications. Knowledge and experience in the T&M market, especially in the designated territory is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capability to handle customer concerns to close deals. Self-driven and highly motivated to develop tactics and strategies to achieve the set business plans. Team player, working with our experienced Sales and Application Engineering team.
