What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, expertise in steel structures (industrial / warehouse / rack structures), Ability to understand and challenge structural calculations, 8–10+ years in Structural engineering / steel construction, 8–10+ years in Technical sales or project engineering, Proven track record on complex, multidisciplinary projects, client-facing capabilities, Ability to combine technical depth with commercial pragmatism, Skilled in negotiation and influencing stakeholders, Ownership (technical + commercial results), Structured, solution-driven approach, Comfortable in an international, fast-paced environment, Fluent English
