The Mission Translate Medevolve's RCM intelligence into quantified business outcomes that close deals and remove technical friction from prospect evaluations. What You'll Do - Design customized demos that connect denial patterns and AR bottlenecks to specific platform capabilities using prospect data. - Conduct discovery sessions to map EHR environments, RCM workflows, and integration requirements; document findings in technical assessments. - Build custom benchmark analyses and ROI models that quantify gaps between prospect performance and industry standards. - Lead live data walk-throughs using prospect datasets to demonstrate how the platform identifies actionable insights and workflow improvements. - Design and manage proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end, including scoping, success criteria, and executive readouts. - Advise on EHR integration pathways (SFTP/HL7, RPA workflows, FHIR APIs) based on prospect technology stack and IT maturity. - Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with technically accurate, compelling content developed with Product and Engineering. - Serve as technical point of contact during trials and sandbox evaluations to ensure prospects operationalize the platform meaningfully. - Build and maintain reusable assets: analytics templates, ROI calculators, and persona-specific use cases for consistent bu
