Sales Engineer Location: Remote Department: Sales / Solutions About Kognitos: Kognitos automates business operations using a hallucination-free neurosymbolic AI platform. Our solutions turn tribal and system knowledge into AI-refined automations using English as code, driving productivity and better decision-making. Our team includes top talent from Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and leading tech startups. Role Overview: As a Sales Engineer at Kognitos, you will act as the technical expert in the sales process, partnering with our sales team to demonstrate the value of our AI automation platform to prospects and clients. You’ll leverage your technical knowledge, and automation technologies, to design and present tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions. - Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to prospective clients. - Client Focus - Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product and Engineering, to tailor solutions for client needs. - Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals as needed. - Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, automation opportunities, and integration requirements. - Serve as a subject matter expert on Kognitos’ platform capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions. - Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements and potential product improvements. - Support post-sales handoff to ensure smooth implementation and customer success. - Recruit, Enable and Support Kognitos Channel Partners Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical rol
