Must Have
3+ years of experience in a client-facing pre-sales or post-sales, solution engineering, or consulting role (SaaS or B2B software preferred), Ability to quickly learn complex products and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, presentation and storytelling skills with a focus on business outcomes, Comfort configuring and tailoring software demos to address unique client scenarios, Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally with CX, Sales, Product, and Marketing, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including RFP responses and technical documentation, Curiosity about the accounting and financial services space, A proactive, customer-first attitude with a passion for improving processes and driving results
