What They're Looking For.
Must Have
understanding of enterprise networking, network operations, observability architectures, deep knowledge of routing and switching, NetFlow/IPFIX/streaming telemetry, QoS, wireless networking, network security, cloud networking across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments, Hands-on experience with API-driven infrastructure, automation frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, orchestration platforms, integration strategies, Proven experience in technical partner management, sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, technical consulting, customer success engineering within customer-facing and channel-facing roles, Exceptional consultative, advisory, partner enablement skills, ability to lead technical deep dives, executive-level strategic conversations, translating complex technical capabilities into customer-centric business value and operational outcomes for mid-market organizations, executive communication, presentation, facilitation skills, ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders across co-sell, reseller-led, and direct sales cycles, balancing customer advocacy, partner success, business objectives, Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Channel organizations, analytical thinking, adaptability, comfort operating in a modern remote-first environment, willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America required

familiarity in AI-assisted operations, infrastructure intelligence, automation-driven workflows considered a asset, experience supporting reseller, VAR, MSP, distributor, or systems integrator partnerships strongly preferred, CCNP, CCIE, equivalent certification considered a plus
