The Sales Engineer position in a few words The Sales Engineer role is responsible for the development and maintenance of business in Japan and surrounding markets. As a part of a global team, the Sales Engineer will engage with customers to understand their existing challenges, uncover their hidden needs, act as the bridge to our various technology/field experts, to make a viable proposal, and deliver the final solution. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in an engineering field, such as mechanical or electrical, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies for complex technical solutions. This is a highly visible cross-functional role, and it is a great opportunity to contribute as a key player, work with team members from all departments of Averna and across the globe, to help us achieve the entire team's success.
