# Sales Enablement Sr. Analyst ## Summary The Sales Enablement Sr. Analyst is a highly analytical, execution-oriented role responsible for translating sales performance data into clear insights, dashboards, and measurable business impact. This individual will serve as a critical partner to Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership by delivering high-quality reporting, identifying business gaps, sizing pilot impact, and helping drive data-informed decisions. This role requires strong Power BI capability, a deep understanding of sales performance dynamics, and the ability to operate with limited oversight. The ideal candidate can quickly learn the business, independently pull and structure data, and produce polished outputs with minimal hand-holding. ## Key Responsibilities ### 1\. Sales Performance Reporting & Visualization * Pull and analyze data from Power BI and other sales systems to produce clear, executive-ready graphs, tables, and performance summaries. * Translate complex data sets into simplified visuals that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities. * Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reviews. * Ensure reporting reflects accurate definitions, clean logic, and consistent metrics. * Move beyond reporting numbers to explaining business implications. ### 2\.
