The Enablement Tools primarily Docebo (LMS) and Highspot (sales content and readiness platform). This role sits at the intersection of technology, learning design, and field productivity. You will ensure our enablement platforms are configured, maintained, and leveraged to their full potential, while building the training, content, and programs that drive adoption across the global field team. This is not a passive admin role. The ideal candidate is a builder, someone who thinks strategically about how technology enables learning and seller behavior, can design and create platform-native content, and partners closely with enablement leaders, sales, marketing, and IT to make our tools work harder for the field.
