“Sales Enablement Specialist - LATAM at Wise. Skills: Sales Enablement, Pipeline development, Deal acceleration, Sales processes. Support BD and AMs across deal stages. Assist with due diligence and project governance”

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

verbal and written communication skills in English, At least 4yrs of experience, Strategic prospecting & research experience, High-impact outreach, Internal stakeholder management, Pipeline architecture & organization, Agile problem-solving, Excellent collaboration and communication skills, Self-motivated and entrepreneur skills, Proactivity and creative thinking

Nice to Have

Additional languages are a plus, preferably working with sales teams, Preferably work in a payment or fintech environment previously

What You'll Do.

Support BD and AMs across deal stages

Assist with due diligence and project governance

Remove administrative and operational bottlenecks

Support strategic accounts on named opportunities

Own specific workstreams within a deal

Develop and improve sales materials and tools

Manage attendee lists and logistics

Implement efficient sales processes

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Delivery; Internal stakeholder management: Acting as the "glue" between Sales, Product, and Finance; Excellent collaboration and communication skills: focused on bringing a group of individuals together to achieve a shared goal
