What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls and confidently engaging with customers, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage effectively, Persuasive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive for sales success, Energetic, outgoing, and personable demeanor with a passion for customer engagement, Self-motivated and proactive in expanding the company’s customer base, Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, Solid understanding of the sales cycle from initial contact through opportunity handoff or closure, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude, High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic, listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and CRM tools such as Salesforce, High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have

Previous experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or a related sales-support role is preferred

What You'll Do.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals

Manage and maintain accurate client

and opportunity data within CRM systems (Salesforce)

Coordinate contract preparation and order processing in collaboration with internal teams

Liaise with internal departments—including Marketing

and Technical teams—to support sales initiatives

Assist in supporting monthly

and annual revenue targets

Develop a working knowledge of all Vizrt products

and competitive offerings

and customer-focused communication in all client interactions

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls

and digital inquiries as required by the Sales team

Respond to customer inquiries by providing accurate and detailed information and resolving questions

Identify upsell opportunities to expand product and service adoption and maximize revenue

Build and maintain sales pipelines

including collaboration with channel partners

Identify key decision-makers within opportunities to help accelerate the sales process

Create and deliver qualified sales opportunities for effective handoff to the broader sales team

Address and overcome customer objections with confidence and professionalism

Consistently represent and communicate Vizrt’s brand values and corporate identity
