Must Have

3 à 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dont une expérience probante en Sales, Connaissance parfaite de la suite Google (Slides / Sheet / Doc) ou équivalent (Powerpoint, Excel, Word…), A l'aise avec l'analyse de données et sait en tirer des insights actionnables, Sait utiliser des outils CRM de type Salesforce, Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, Capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes et à adapter son discours à différents publics dont le top management, Esprit critique et analytique développé, Capable de challenger constructivement les approches existantes, En capacité de manager des projets complexes et d'interagir avec des équipes cross-fonctionnelles

Piloting the transformation plan of Doctolib's commercial approach

and continuously improving training programs

Analyzing sales team performance

Tracking key indicators (MRR generated

Identifying areas for improvement

Defining adapted action plans

and deploying targeted training modules

Accompanying manager in the initial training of sales teams (onboarding)

Contributing to the animation and evolution of Doctolib's DSA (onboarding program)

and relevance of content

Coordinating internal and external speakers

Ensuring an optimal onboarding experience

Presenting updates and new projects to the entire French sales population

Proposing pedagogical innovation

Staying updated on market best practices

Integrating effective tools and methods for learning

and skill development

Actively monitoring changes in business needs and customer expectations

Adapting training content and modalities to field reality

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with pluridisciplinary teams: people (learning), product, product marketing, and sales; Interact regularly with top management to present strategic analyses and recommendations; Interact with cross-functional teams
