5+ years of experience in Sales, Presales, or Sales Enablement within enterprise software, Native-level Japanese and business-level English

What You'll Do.
Drive sales and presales effectiveness across Japan and APJMEA
Equip customer-facing teams with strategies
Design and execute a structured enablement strategy aligned with IFS global initiatives
Ensure sales and presales organizations can effectively articulate the IFS value proposition
Consistently improve performance outcomes such as pipeline creation
Act as a critical bridge between global enablement programs and regional market needs
Ensure localization and practical adoption in the field
Define and execute Sales & Presales Enablement strategy for Japan and APJMEA
Align regional priorities with global enablement initiatives
Ensure enablement programs are directly linked to business outcomes (pipeline
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires
Develop continuous learning programs (industry
Plan and execute enablement sessions
Establish and manage Sales / Presales Champion programs
Develop and maintain sales plays
and proposal materials
Standardize value messaging and industry-specific positioning
Leverage AI tools (e.g.
Copilot) to improve productivity and effectiveness
Collaborate with Global Enablement
