Must Have

5-7 years of experience as an Enablement Manager/Senior Manager, working with Sales teams, proven personal impact in business partnering roles, operating alongside senior regional leaders with influence, confidence and impact, Inter-personal confidence and presence, ability to present to and influence senior leaders, ability to challenge and communicate complex subjects in a simple way, Knowledge of various sales processes and sales methodologies, experience of having supported teams in learning, practicing and adhering to a prescribed methodology, Ability to design, build and implement enablement programs to deliver clear business outcomes, Knowledge and experience of different type of enablement delivery: in person, hybrid, vilt, self-paced, Confidence working across the Sales tech stack, Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, technical and non-technical subjects, Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, keen eye for detail, data-driven mindset, Proactive and self-motivated, passion for continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Supporting and understanding the needs of other GTM roles in SDR, Presales and Customer Success, Sales coaching experience, particularly with Front Line Sales Managers, Experience of one or more Enablement and LMS platforms, HighSpot and Sana, tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, track record in SaaS, knowledge of the key metrics and operating rhythm used in the industry

Build and own APJ Sales Enablement plan

Align with wider Enablement team

Interlock with key regional stakeholders

Operate as Enablement business partner

Build or partner to produce enablement programmes

Support regional leaders and managers

Coach teams on sales process

Create and drive local sales activations

Assist in delivery of hybrid onboarding

Participate in Sales Kick Off delivery

Develop relationships across company

Engage in execution of enablement programme

Integrate with cross-functional teams

Support adoption of productivity and sales tools

Support gathering of data and KPIs

Measure effectiveness of enablement programmes

Stay informed about innovative enablement practices

Interlock with key regional stakeholders; Operate as their Enablement business partner; Join cross-functional team in the region; Work alongside the rest of the Enablement team; Work cross-functionally to ensure outcomes are realised; Develop and trusted relationships across the company; Integrate with cross-functional teams, including product, PMM, KM, sales, and customer success; Support the regional team to adopt critical productivity and sales tools
