Full Job Description
About this Job NIQ is building a centralized, global Revenue Enablement Content function to power the Commercial Academy, GTM motions, and seller execution at scale. The Content Team owns the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of sales and enablement content that supports sellers, managers, and leaders across the full commercial lifecycle. This team plays a critical role in reducing fragmentation, improving execution consistency, and ensuring sellers can quickly find the right content at the right moment , as outlined in NIQ’s Commercial Academy and Enablement Transformation roadmap. Team members collaborate closely with Enablement Program Owners, GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Enablement partners to deliver content that is execution ready, modular, and globally scalable. Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain sales and enablement content across Product, Industry, Commercial Process, and Sales Skills pillars * Create and maintain standardized content templates aligned to the Commercial Academy operating model * Partner with Enablement Program Owners (Commercial Academy, Onboarding, MD, G100, Seller Skills) to support program delivery with fit‑for‑purpose content * Own content governance , including taxonomy, version control, lifecycle management, and quality standards * Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support localization workflows while protecting global standards * Support launch content for GTM initiatives, priority growth motions, and strategic programs * Analyze content usage and engagement data to inform continuous improvement * Ensure content is optimized for delivery via Enablement Platforms, LMS, and SharePoint hubs ## Qualifications * 3–8+ years experience in sales enablement, content development, training design, or commercial communications (level dependent) * Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows * Experience building scalable, modular content for global audiences * Comfort
