3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment, Hands-on, admin-level experience with Seismic, Built (or significantly revamped) onboarding programs and can show the data on how you improved "time to first deal.", Comfortable translating "Product-speak" from engineering into "Value-speak" for sales, Move seamlessly between Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams, Thrive in a remote environment, See a gap in the sales process and you build a bridge to fix it

Designing and executing an onboarding program
Helping new Sisensers master Compose SDK positioning and competitive landscape
Leading ongoing training sessions for AEs
Breaking down complex product updates into digestible
Partnering with GTM leadership to build an enablement roadmap

Partner with GTM leadership; Move seamlessly between Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams
Communication Scope
