Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets across the Prairie market. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability, performance, and professional growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer networks and key customers to drive long-term business partnerships. Analyze market trends, dealer performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. Collaborate with product, digital, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions and initiatives. Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, and deal execution. Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership to support business planning. Drive adoption of digital tools, platforms, and automotive solutions within the dealer ecosystem. Requirements: 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies within automotive, digital marketing, or related industries. Strong experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in competitive markets. Deep understanding of dealership networks, particularly within the Prairie region or broader Canadian automotive market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial performance metrics. Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools to drive performance and operational efficiency. Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
