What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of professional experience in B2B enterprise sales, at least 3-5 years in a senior or director-level role, experience owning the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a B2B environment, skilled at engaging with C-level executives, Chief Actuaries, or senior IT decision-makers, Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments, familiar with sales protocols and SaaS company processes, use of CRMs, Slack communication, multi-teams interactions, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, Must possess an employment status that will allow work from our offices in Spain

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher, Demonstrated experience managing and developing a sales team, A background in SaaS, InsurTech, or the insurance industry, An established network within the Spanish insurance market, Familiarity with insurance pricing, actuarial science, or risk modeling

What You'll Do.

lead and drive Akur8's commercial growth across Spain

own Akur8's sales strategy for Iberia & Mexico

lead a team of 2 sales professionals

Building and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to meet and exceed annual revenue targets

lasting relationships with key decision-makers at P&C insurance carriers (CFO

Representing Akur8 at key industry events and conferences across Iberia & Mexico

Contributing market intelligence and best practices to the global GTM strategy

Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual revenue targets

Managing and growing a qualified pipeline of insurance prospects

ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

Leading the full sales cycle

from prospecting through demos

and closing — across complex

multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

Coaching and developing a team of 2

driving their performance and career growth

Partnering with Marketing on demand generation and brand awareness initiatives in Iberia & Mexico
