What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or consulting, Proven experience selling into the Utilities, Energy, or Renewables industry, track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in new logo acquisition, Extensive customer-facing experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles and large account engagements, Demonstrated success building a territory or developing a market within a growing region, Ability and willingness to travel across Iberia, Fluency in Spanish

Drive new logo acquisition across Iberia’s Energy market

Meet or exceed personal sales targets

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature

Conduct outbound prospecting and networking

Coordinate technical demonstrations

and proof-of-value engagements

Collaborate with the Regional Director; Partner with marketing; Collaborate with Customer Success and solution teams
