Must Have

Proven experience leading and managing high-performing field sales teams in a new business environment., A track record of selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, ideally within complex, multi-product solution environments., Advanced proficiency across the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to presentation, demonstration and close., Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal and listening — with the ability to tailor your approach to any audience, from frontline operators to board-level executives., The ability to: Consult with business leaders on field sales strategy, operational challenges and market trends., Ensure mutual understanding between Vonage and prospects or partners on product benefits, objectives and commercial arrangements., Articulate Vonage's competitive positioning clearly and translate it into actionable recommendations for the team., Integrate market data, trends and pipeline insight into meaningful forecasts, models and strategic plans.

Nice to Have

Experience selling contact centre and/or unified communications solutions is highly advantageous., A solid understanding of Vonage's portfolio of products and services.

What You'll Do.

Lead and manage high-performing field sales teams.

Drive new business wins.

Support new business wins — actively participate in video and in-person client meetings to help Account Executives close new logo opportunities.

Forecast with precision — conduct ongoing opportunity analysis and deliver accurate

data-driven forecasts to senior leadership.

Develop your team — champion individual growth

and ensure execution of any required improvement plans.

Collaborate cross-functionally — advise and partner with internal teams including marketing

solution engineering and operations to align on customer needs and remove blockers.

Partner with marketing — co-own programmes

events and campaigns designed to support local revenue goals and strengthen Vonage's brand presence in-market.
