Must Have

10+ years of high-performance B2G2B technology sales experience in the Philippines, Proven track record of closing highly complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or modernization projects, Deep, verifiable experience selling and network within major Philippine conglomerates and critical infrastructure, Working knowledge of military/government communications, C4I architectures, tactical radio (MANET/RF), and/or advanced video surveillance ecosystems, Intimate, working knowledge of Philippine government procurement laws (RA 9184), Strategic nuances of the national budgeting process, Resilience and strategic patience to navigate long, complex public sector procurement cycles, Comfortable building elite pipelines from the ground up
