Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 7–10 years of sales experience, at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams, experience applying consultative sales methodologies and structured sales processes, Experience within the online trading, fintech, financial services, or B2B events industry, Experience working across international markets, commercial awareness and negotiation skills, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, organisational and time management skills, Ability to operate effectively within a KPI-driven environment, Experience developing sales performance management frameworks, including SMART objectives and performance reviews, leadership and coaching capabilities, Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, Adaptability, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Fluency in spoken and written English, industry network and relationship-building capabilities

The **Sales Director** will lead and drive the commercial growth of Ultimate Group’s **events portfolio**.
