ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Director of Account Executives to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization at Broccoli AI. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven SaaS sales leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, knows how to drive pipeline and revenue performance, and can coach AEs to consistently exceed quota. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture, hiring strategy, and go-to-market execution as we scale nationally. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives - Drive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and sales execution - Improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics - Partner closely with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp top-performing sales talent - Conduct call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and ongoing coaching - Help define compensation plans, territory strategy, and sales playbooks - Work directly with executive leadership on GTM strategy and scaling initiatives - Maintain high accountability and performance standards across the sales team WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in sales leadership - Proven track record leading quota-carrying AE teams - Experience in high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environments - Strong
