What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven track record in combined new business and account management, Domain expertise in commercial sales and account management, Experience managing large accounts, Experience identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, Self-starter mentality, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

Industry knowledge of enterprise software solutions, Experience in Receivables Finance, Asset Finance, or Equipment Finance, Relevant certifications in account management, customer success, or cloud technologies

What You'll Do.

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Develop a robust sales pipeline

Customise sales tactics and presentations

Leverage demand generation capabilities

Serve as primary commercial contact for accounts

Identify and execute upsell opportunities

Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities

Develop and maintain commercial account plans

Own and deliver against revenue target

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand customer needs

Align solutions to business goals

Advocate for customer product needs

Represent voice of the customer internally

Contribute to cross-functional efforts

Maximise account growth opportunities

Support customer satisfaction

Stay abreast of industry trends

Stay abreast of market activities

Stay abreast of competitor strategies

Develop competitive commercial solutions

Contribute to commercial strategy
