As the company continues scaling, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and support a team of appointment setters while optimizing sales workflows, team performance, and operational efficiency. LOCATION Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The Sales Development Team Lead will lead and manage a team of appointment setters, ensuring strong performance, consistent follow-through, and adherence to established sales processes. This role combines team leadership, sales operations management, coaching, and workflow oversight to help improve appointment conversion rates and overall sales efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT - Manage and support a team of 3–5 appointment setters. - Conduct daily standups to align priorities, goals, and team performance expectations. - Audit calls to ensure communication quality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards. - Monitor inboxes, Slack communications, and calendars to maintain organization and timely follow-up. - Provide ongoing feedback, support, and development opportunities for team members.
