In this role you will: * Manage and grow a panel of advisers to drive strong, sustained sales performance * Represent TAL at industry and partner events to build brand presence and generate new adviser opportunities * Deliver compelling product and service insights that strengthen TAL’s value to adviser businesses * Develop and execute targeted activity plans to maximise engagement and business growth * Provide high-quality training and support to uplift adviser capability and advocacy * Collaborate nationally
