Follow approved scripts and maintain compliance with internal and carrier guidelines
Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents in real time
Document call activity
and transfer metrics in CRM systems
Communicate effectively with agents regarding lead flow and call status
Perform daily lead follow-ups and assist with re-dials and priority lead management
