What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in Sales, 1-2 years of experience as a Lead BDR or Front-line Manager, Experience managing SDR/DR teams for a Challenger Brand or a "non-commodity" solution, Ability to create urgency for a product that is not yet a "household name" or is perceived as discretionary spend, Ability to coach reps to pivot from Product Interest to Business Impact, Ability to show how you’ve successfully positioned a solution as "mission-critical" during budget-conscious cycles, Familiarity with the HR space

Lead and mentor Business Development Representative (BDR) team
Conduct live call-shadowing and deep-dive reviews
Guide professional journey of BDRs and ensure they hit milestones
