Must Have

1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence potential clients, Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and pipeline management, Familiarity with CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce) and sales productivity tools

Nice to Have

Experience in the hospitality, technology, or SaaS industry, Deep understanding of the restaurant industry and familiarity with OpenTable's platform, presentation and negotiation abilities tailored to addressing specific customer challenges, Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Engaging with potential restaurant clients

Educating prospects on OpenTable's solutions

Securing appointments for Account Executives

Identifying and engaging potential restaurant clients through strategic outbound prospecting activities

Educating prospects on the value of OpenTable's products for restaurant operations and guest experiences

Qualifying leads based on needs and budget before transitioning them to Account Executives

Building and maintaining strong

credible relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers

Collaborating with Account Executives to share insights and align on target accounts

Utilizing CRM software (Salesforce) for all prospect interactions
